As a woman begins to age she needs to increase her physical activity by either going to a gym or weight training. A good healthy appetite, good exercise, a good mental attitude are also important. I've always been against diets and I think it is wrong for a woman to diet! I believe that eating a lot of good sushi and sashimi, as well as drinking expensive nihonshu in moderation can have really positive benefits, both emotionally and physically.
